Localization voice over
Localization voice over that fits your pipeline.
You translate and manage the project. We record the voice. We work from your segments and line IDs, to your timing, and return files named the way your pipeline expects, with nothing to strip out or rename.
Why it works
What localization teams ask us for
Voice is the part of a localization project that cannot be fixed by search and replace.
- 01
Your segments, your IDs
We record by the line IDs or segment numbers in your file, so each audio file maps to the string it voices.
- 02
Timing to the picture
Translated lines are checked against the on-screen timing, and we flag lines that do not fit instead of speeding them up.
- 03
Terminology from your glossary
Product names, abbreviations and numbers are read as your glossary says, in every language.
- 04
Native direction
Each session is directed in the language of the recording, so pronunciation and emphasis are corrected on the spot.
- 05
Unbranded files
No VoicePros name in file names, metadata or folders. Your client sees your work.
Process
How we work inside your project
Your pipeline stays yours. We plug in at the voice step.
- 01
You send the package
Translated script with IDs, source video or audio for reference, glossary and usage.
- 02
We check fit
We time each line against the reference and report the ones that run long or short before recording.
- 03
We record and direct
A native actor records in the language, following your notes and the glossary.
- 04
You receive the files
Split by line ID, named to your convention, ready to import. Corrections come back through one contact.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Can you work from our translation memory exports?
We work from the script you send, with its IDs. If your export lists IDs, source and target text, we record against it.
Do you flag lines that run too long for the picture?
Yes. We tell you which lines do not fit before the session, so you can approve a shorter version.
Will our client know VoicePros was involved?
No. Files, metadata and folders carry no VoicePros name, and we only talk to you.
