What we receive
This website has no accounts and no forms of its own. The quote request form opens on a separate page run by our form provider, where you choose what to send: your name, work email, company and project details. Anything else, such as scripts, only reaches us if you send it.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare demos and a quote and, if you accept it, carry out the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then the contract itself (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
How long we keep it
While we handle your request and, if there is a project, for as long as the law requires us to keep commercial and tax records. Requests that do not become a project are kept only for as long as it remains necessary for the purpose the request was sent for.
Who else sees it
Our form, email and file-storage providers, which process it on our behalf. When a project needs it, the voice actors or translators working on it receive the script and the details they need, never more.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or take it elsewhere, by writing to hello [at] voicepros [dot] com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
