E-learning voice over
E-learning voice over, module by module.
A course is hundreds of short files that must sound like one narrator and change without notice. We record by slide or screen, keep the voice and the terms the same across modules, and make a revision a matter of one file.
Why it works
What a course needs from its voice
Training audio is judged by consistency, not by drama.
- 01
One narrator across modules
The same actor records every module, so a course released in parts still sounds like one.
- 02
Files named by slide or screen
Each file carries the slide, screen or segment ID you give us, so importing is a matter of dropping them in.
- 03
Terms said the same way
Product names, acronyms and numbers follow your term list in every module and every language.
- 04
Revisions without rework
A changed line is a new file, not a new session for the whole module.
Process
How a course is voiced
From storyboard to import.
- 01
Script and storyboard
You send the narration text with slide or screen IDs, and the term list.
- 02
Voice choice
Shortlisted native actors read an excerpt of your script, and you choose one for the whole course.
- 03
Recording in batches
Modules are recorded in batches, and we send the first batch so you can check pace and terms.
- 04
Updates
When a line changes, we record that line with the same voice and send the replacement file.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Can the same voice read every module?
Yes. We keep one actor for the whole course, and the voice is agreed before recording starts.
What if the course content changes later?
Send the changed lines. We record them with the same voice, so the replacement matches the original.
Can you record the course in several languages?
Yes. Send the translated scripts, or ask us to translate and adapt them, and we cast a native actor per language.
Do you work with our authoring tool?
We deliver audio files named to your convention, which you import into the tool of your choice.
