Explainer video voice over
Explainer video voice over, timed to the picture.
An explainer lives or dies on pace. We read to your animatic or timing sheet, and adapt each language so its lines land inside the scenes, instead of leaving your editor to cut and stretch.

Why it works
What an explainer needs from its voice
A short film with one voice, so every second counts.
- 01
Read to your animatic
We record against your rough cut or timing sheet, so the pace of the read matches the pace of the picture.
- 02
Languages fitted to scenes
Each language is adapted so its lines fit the scene lengths, with the longer ones tightened instead of rushed.
- 03
A tone for the audience
Friendly, authoritative or playful is agreed from a short reference, and the same tone carries across languages.
- 04
Takes cut to your scenes
Files are split by scene, with room for the animation to breathe at the head and tail.
Process
From script to final audio
Built around your edit.
- 01
Script and animatic
You send the script with scene numbers, the rough cut and a tone reference if you have one.
- 02
Shortlist
Native actors read the opening of your script, and you pick the voice.
- 03
Recording with direction
We direct the read to the animatic and send takes for approval.
- 04
Delivery by scene
Cleaned and named by scene, mastered to the loudness your platform expects.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Can you record to our animatic?
Yes. Send the rough cut or the timing sheet and we read to it.
What if a language runs longer than the scene?
We tell you before recording and tighten the line, or flag the scene so the animation can stretch.
Can the voice be the same in every language?
Each language needs a native actor. We pick voices with a similar tone across languages, not the same person.
What loudness do you deliver?
−14 LUFS is the usual target for web and social. Tell us if your platform asks for another.
